Sedgefield Borough Council invited Boyd & Noble Productivity Solutions to carry out an appraisal of their existing mailroom operation within the council offices at Spennymoor, County Durham.  Whilst it was only a limited operation they wanted an expert opinion as to what areas could provide efficiency and service improvements.
