We were approached by Northumberland County Council to carry out an appraisal of their mailroom operation. They specificially wanted us to look at the staffing levels and postage spend within the mailroom and to consider both the internal and external mail distribution arrangements.  A number of recommnedations were made which would offer up a significant level of savings.
