Hartlepool Borough Council engaged Boyd & Noble Productivity Solutions to carry out an appraisal of their existing mailroom operation within the local Civic Centre. They knew that the way in which the current mailroom was being run was in need of improvement and had a few ideas of their own which they were looking to develop.  As part of the appraisal a comprehensive action plan was produced cataloguing the activities required to enable the mailroom to provide a more effective and efficient service.
